Covid-19 Update

At Succession Wealth we care about our clients and our staff, and the Covid-19 pandemic has, and will continue to, impact not only our team but also our clients and prospective clients, along with the global community as a whole.  The safety of our employees, together with supporting our clients during this time is a priority.

We have asked all our employees normally based in our offices to work from home, including all our Wealth Planners and Support teams. Like so many of you, we are now trying to balance our professional and personal responsibilities in new and unexpected ways, while continuing to ensure that we support you when you need it.

As and when the situation changes and progresses, we will provide updates on this page, and will continue to do everything we can to support our clients during this unprecedented time.

We recognise the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus may be causing, and want to reassure you that we are still open for business and committed to providing you with the best possible advice and service during these unprecedented times.  Whist all of our offices are currently closed, our robust technology allows us to offer video conferencing instead of face-to-face meetings, as well as contact over the telephone, and therefore meetings or discussions you want to have with your Wealth Planner around your financial planning can continue to take place in the weeks to come.

During times like this the need for financial advice is more important than ever, and Succession Wealth remains in a strong and stable position to provide that. Along with experienced and knowledgeable Wealth Planners who are in turn supported by their teams of Administrators, we are set up to provide you with a seamless and consistent service.  If you need any advice on your current investments, or would like to speak to your Wealth Planner about the current situation please don’t hesitate to contact them. Should you need to, please send any post to your usual Succession Wealth office address as we have planned for all postal correspondence to continue to be dealt with as usual.

If you need to send us a payment, the quickest and easiest way is by BACS (Bank transfer).  If this is not possible, and you need to send us a payment by cheque, then please post it to our Plymouth office: Succession Wealth, Drake Building, Plymouth Science Park, 15 Davy Rd, Plymouth PL6 8BY. Please bear in mind that the postal service may be taking longer than usual to deliver mail.

It’s important to remain vigilant and always guard against criminals who will use the current situation around Coronavirus as a way to target people.  They will try any way they can through fraudulent emails, phone calls and text messages or even use social media accounts to try and convince you they are legitimate in an attempt to get you to disclose personal or financial information.
