Tom graduated with a BA(Hons) in financial services in 1997 from UWE, Bristol. He is a Chartered Member of the CISI and Member of the PFS by diploma and holds the qualification from the CII to advise on long-term care insurance.
Tom advises individuals, charities, trust and corporate clients on a wide range of financial matters, particularly concentrating on investment and pre and post retirement planning. He is proud of the long relationships developed with many clients who value the high level of ongoing service they receive and his ability to explain matters in plain English. As well as having written for several financial services publications and appearances on BBC TV to provide an expert view, Tom is a past chairman of a financial adviser association for Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Tom lives in Cheltenham with his wife and two children – who both share their parents’ love of most things sport. With a grandfather hailing from Blaydon, Tom is an avid Newcastle United supporter.
