Since the launch of Succession Giving in 2009, Succession Wealth has supported a variety of both national and local causes.
Nationally, we are supporting Cancer Research UK, with our regional offices also supporting local charities through fundraising and volunteering opportunities. We change our adopted national charity periodically based on an employee vote so that other worthwhile causes can benefit from our fund-raising efforts.
Throughout the year, everyone at Succession is encouraged to get involved with fundraising and volunteering activities, with all funds raised split equally between the national and local charities.
Succession Wealth Founders Day
In June of each year, we hold our Founders Day where we celebrate the founders of Succession Wealth. All offices are closed for the day, and staff dedicate that time to raising funds for charity, or spending time in the local community volunteering. Events have ranged from busking, helping at local hospitals, charitable walks and helping the homeless. The proceeds from Founders Day are matched by Succession Wealth.
Succession Giving Golf Days
We hold several Golf Days throughout the year with the main fundraising event being the Succession Giving National Charity Golf Tournament, which is usually hosted at Little Aston Golf Club in the Midlands in September. We have 18 teams of four competing for three prestigious prizes together with individual prizes. Further golf days are held near London at Stoke Park Golf Club and Loch Lomond Golf Club. Succession staff, clients and strategic partners participate in a competitive, yet incredibly enjoyable environment to raise money for charity.
