Central Services Administrator

Succession Group is a nationwide wealth management advisory brand delivering rich and rewarding experiences for clients with bespoke solutions to achieve financial goals.

We are now looking for a number of Central Services Administrators who are passionate about good service and diligent in the work to join our Central Services Team.

We are currently looking for two temporary Central Services Administrators to join us on 9 month and 5 month basis and also a permanent Central Services Administrator.

The role will require you to work as part of a centralised team to produce Annual Review packs for all Planners of Succession Group by liaising with policy providers for policy details. You will be required to ensure that our bespoke client information database is accurate at all times and that the business is supported and enabled to deliver an excellent service to its customers.

To be successful in this role you will need:
•1 years’ experience in a Financial Services industry
•Good administration and numeracy skills with high degree of accuracy a pre-requisite
•Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential
•Desirable knowledge of Model Office
•Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
