Senior Project Manager
Succession Wealth is a Nationwide Wealth Management advisory brand delivering rich and rewarding experiences for clients with bespoke solutions to achieve their financial goals. Due to significant growth and restructure, Succession now requires a full-time Project Manager to work alongside our Head of Business Change within our Business Change team.
The Integration Project Manager is responsible for managing a matrixed project team to deliver various sized projects in line with the defined Succession Change Methodology.
The role holder will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget and that the project’s objectives are continuously met.
A key element of the role is owning the end-to-end delivery of various workstreams, managing multiple and complex dependencies.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and demonstrate a high degree of learning agility. They will also be the figurehead for the assigned project or work stream and the driving force to achieve results whilst considering time, cost & quality. The role holder must also demonstrate proficient risk and issue management skills, being proactive in the identification of potential issues from the outset and escalating these as appropriate.
It is imperative that the Project Manager acts with credibility in-front of a broad range of business stakeholders across the Group. S/he must therefore be an effective communicator, demonstrating a high degree of emotional intelligence with stakeholders and is comfortable and effective at raising potential enhancements within the overall Integration Methodology.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have……
• Experience in defining and delivering Projects in the financial services sector
• Proven leadership experience of various sized Projects/Integrations
• Deep and broad experience of integration processes
• Proven ability to think laterally and spot issues before they manifest
• Excellent communication skills
• Risk & Issues Management identification and rectification skills
