Succession now has a number of opportunities across the UK in our Paraplanning Unit, for experienced and highly motivated Paraplanners.
Our Paraplanners are integral to our business – they provide vital technical support to our Financial Planners and a positive experience for our clients. They are highly qualified individuals that contribute to our advisory service by reviewing, analysing and preparing compliant recommendations for our clients. As such, we expect our paraplanners to be able to research and prepare excellent suitability reports that are in accordance with our investment philosophy and client values.
The successful candidates will also be required to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, ensure they maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate in a confident and friendly way. A client-focused approach is essential as our clients are at the centre of everything we do.

To be successful in this role, candidates must…
- Have 3+ years financial services experience.
- Be qualified to level 4.
- Have detailed knowledge of pensions, investments and estate planning.
- Be articulate in both verbal and written communication.
- Show the ability to demonstrate our vision and values: Client Focus, Long-Term and Sustainable, Efficiency, Integrity, Nimble, Team Working.
