Succession Wealth has a written procedure for the resolution of complaints and a copy is available on request.

Following investigation of your complaint, if you’re dissatisfied with our outcome and response, you can ask the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for an independent review. They may only consider your complaint once you’ve tried to resolve it with us, so please take up your concerns with us first and we’ll do all we can to help.
